How I work

Confidentiality

My work operates on access. I often have a high level of visibility on leadership dynamics, personal goals, opportunities and weaknesses, team tensions, and decisions held in confidence - I take this privilege seriously. Everything shared stays in confidence and is used solely in service of the person or group I'm working with. My practice follows the ICF Code of Ethics on confidentiality, which means what's said in a one-on-one or team meeting stays there.

Connection

I offer the most value when I work in close relationship with you. This looks a little different each time, but the constants are honest communication and a shared commitment to communicate directly and constructively. My role is to make you more effective, whether that means extending your reach as a leader, helping a team move through a stuck point, or creating the conditions for a single powerful conversation.

Curiosity

I'm genuinely fascinated by what makes people and teams work and what makes them fall apart. What holds someone back, what unlocks a group that's stuck, what shifts when the right conditions finally click into place. Solving these puzzles is my favourite part of this work, I'm constantly digging into research, asking questions about what's working and what's not, and looking ahead to what's coming next. Relentless curiosity is what drives my work and it’s also what makes it pretty fun.
