Over the past two decades I have walked alongside hundreds of founders, athletes, investors and friends navigating peak performance in high-growth environments.
Using applied sport psychology frameworks and a grounded executive coaching practice, I help founders navigate change with sustainable capacity so they can build the things that matter.
How I can help:

I work directly with CEO/Founders to exponentially increase capacity through transition periods and growth stages. Typically this looks like three to six month of ‘in the weeds’ work where we adopt a close working relationship to offload your day-to-day, strategize your priorities and action on your next moves. This approach significantly reduces cognitive load and increases decision making capacity for leaders navigating change.

I act as a neutral friend at the table creating space for teams to work better together. In practice, these look like tailored sessions on role clarity in complex environments, group performance under pressure, navigating team dynamics, managing load and energy, reducing friction, revising strategies and implementing systems that team members actually care about.

Ongoing, one-on-one confidential work. As a professionally certified Executive Coach, I follow the International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards intertwined with the latest research in both Applied Performance Psychology and Organizational Behaviour to help create clarity under pressure, reduce decision fatigue, optimize energy regulation, separate identity from performance, and develop built in recovery. This is ongoing deeper work focused on your own growth areas and designed to create a sustainable relationship with your own output.
